Founder & Principal Manager
Mr. Kheyrani serves as the Managing Director of MaxiMilan Contracting and is one of the firm’s founding members. He brings more than sixteen years of experience in commercial real estate, land development, and construction, with a proven track record of delivering over 3,000 apartment units and numerous large-scale projects.His expertise spans full-service leadership and project management on behalf of developers, project owners, and institutional investors. With a comprehensive understanding of the entire development and construction lifecycle—from feasibility analysis and design through entitlements and final delivery—Matin provides a unique skill set that fosters streamlined communication, efficient coordination, and successful execution across all project teams.
Prior to establishing MaxiMilan, Matin was an executive leader and served as Vice President of Construction at Bonaventure Development, where he directed the construction team and delivered more than 12 new ground-up apartment communities as an in-house general contractor.
He began his career with Balfour Beatty Construction, spending nearly a decade managing and delivering multiple successful projects. He later joined Greystar as Director of Development and Construction, where he oversaw the in-house delivery of several multifamily communities.
Matin holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from George Mason University.

Mr. Roberts serves as Managing Partner of MaxiMilan Contracting. He brings more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, with a diverse portfolio of projects spanning water and wastewater treatment plants, commercial facilities, single-family and multifamily residential properties, senior living and assisted living communities, and marinas.His expertise lies in full-cycle construction management and development execution, with a strong foundation in both technical engineering and hands-on project delivery. With a proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple asset classes, Joel provides leadership that emphasizes precision, efficiency, and long-term value creation for project stakeholders.
Prior to joining MaxiMilan Contracting, Mr. Roberts served as Project Executive at Bonaventure Development, where he directed the construction of eight new ground-up multifamily and senior living communities as part of the in-house general contracting team. In this role, he oversaw all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout, while coordinating with developers, consultants, and ownership groups.
He began his career with Balfour Beatty Construction, where he worked on several large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects. This early experience provided a strong foundation in complex construction management and set the stage for his transition into multifamily and mixed-use development.
Mr. Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
